worked with rough location then worked even worse with better signal
I have not updated to use Apples iCloud on my older iPhone so put this app on and it initially seemed to work OK but showed two push-pins on the map, indicating to me that it wanted to triangulate where I am from cellphone towers but only had two towers to work from.
So neither of the pins was on a line to my location, but a third pin could have been placed that would then have had me in the middle of all three. So in well-served cellphone areas I thought this would work OK; but of course it would not be as good as an app using GPS data.
However later I went to another location with stronger signal, and after more than an hour the second time I logged into their site, I got more push pins. Not only the original two, but now an added three pins way off from any place I had been; about a mile from where I am. So I think this program has some serious problems. Maybe it can give you a hint about location within a mile but thats not really good enough.
The Apple app Find my iPhone" allows the iPhone to sound a message and lock the phone etc so this app is really only for folks like me who are scared of upgrades and who can tolerate the bad location accuracy.
